Cloud Services

Cloud services for business: Microsoft 365 and Workspace for the tenant people live in, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS for infrastructure, and cloud backup when the copy has to live outside the vendor’s recycle bin.

What cloud services means here

Cloud services for business is not one product. It is the tenant staff already use (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), the infrastructure under Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS, and cloud backup when those workloads need a tested restore path. We design and operate that work under named owners. Large migrations start as consulting and hand off into Managed IT once they are stable.

Which cloud ask you actually have

Named offerWhen that is the pain
TenantMicrosoft 365 or Google WorkspaceMail, identity, devices, and collaboration
InfrastructureAzure, Google Cloud, or AWSServers, apps, landing zones, and cloud spend
CopiesBackup & Disaster RecoveryCloud backup and a restore you can defend

Which cloud ask this is

Most briefs mix three things. Naming them early keeps the work from becoming a generic “move to the cloud” project with no owner.

Remote work, identity, and devices

Remote work IT support is usually identity and a managed device, not a consumer remote-desktop gadget. People sign in, open the tenant, and work.

  • Entra ID or Google identity with MFA, conditional access, and clean joiners and leavers
  • Device enrollment so a laptop at home is still your machine, with the same patching and backup habits
  • Sharing defaults and guest paths that do not turn a home office into an overshare
  • Remote desktop or VPN only when a line-of-business system still needs a private path; that is scoped, not a default product

Migrate, then operate

A cutover has a start and a finish. Someone still has to own the environment on the following Monday.

Pick the cloud you already run, or the one the workload actually needs. We will migrate what has to move, then keep a named owner on the estate so it does not drift.

Project cadence

Honest, orderly project management keeps work on track. Milestones are set before the work ramps, status reaches stakeholders before decisions pile up, and scope changes get a conversation instead of a surprise invoice.

Cloud migrations get a project plan and go-live window; ongoing tenant and infrastructure operations follow the Managed IT retainer once they are in scope.

  1. Plan

Milestones and owners agreed before the work starts moving.

  2. Status

Regular updates — you should not have to chase us for a status report.

  3. Decisions

Trade-offs get surfaced early so leadership can make the call, not discover it after.

Questions we hear first

Do you offer cloud services for business, or only one vendor?

We operate the estates Ohio clients already run: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS. Business cloud solutions here means accountable design and operations, not a partner-badge splash.

Is cloud backup included?

Cloud backup for companies lives under Backup & Disaster Recovery: Microsoft 365 or Workspace data, plus other workloads in scope, with restore tests. Native recycle bins are not a recovery program.

Can you help with remote work IT support or remote desktop setup?

Remote work is usually identity, a managed device, and the tenant people already use. We set that under Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and Managed IT. A private remote-desktop or VPN path is scoped when a line-of-business system still needs one. It is not a consumer remote-desktop product.

Who runs a migration versus day-to-day operations?

Large moves start as IT Consulting: a start, a finish, and a handoff. Once the estate is stable it sits inside Managed IT. Fractional CIO owns budget and vendor calls when cloud spend needs a seat in the room.

How is pricing usually structured?

Ongoing cloud operations typically sit inside a Managed IT retainer once the stack is in scope. Migrations and landing-zone builds are scoped as projects. We quote after discovery. Start at Become a Client, and we will work together on goals and the first set of work.
