Digital Marketing

Marketing leadership and managed execution under one roof: strategy plus the team that runs the work.

Leadership seat: Fractional CMO

You get a marketing leader in the room, not a rotating account coordinator. They own positioning, budget, and the scoreboard. The delivery team reports to that seat.

  • Marketing strategy tied to revenue, not vanity metrics
  • Channel mix and budget recommendations you can defend
  • Oversight of internal staff, our team, or both

Managed Marketing: the execution team

When you want us to run the work as well, Managed Marketing works like Managed IT: ongoing channel operations reporting to the fractional CMO (or to yours), with one report and clear accountability.

  • Website Services: design, build, hosting, and care
  • SEO, AEO, and GEO for search and local visibility
  • PPC and ad spend management
  • Print procurement for brochures, fleet, and signage
  • Social media management and social media marketing

Project cadence

Honest, orderly project management keeps work on track. Milestones are set before the work ramps, status reaches stakeholders before decisions pile up, and scope changes get a conversation instead of a surprise invoice.

  • Plan. Milestones and owners agreed before the work starts moving.
  • Status. Regular updates — you should not have to chase us for a status report.
  • Decisions. Trade-offs get surfaced early so leadership can make the call, not discover it after.

Questions we hear first

We already have an agency. Can you still help?

Yes. Fractional CMO is often the right first step: we direct your existing vendors, clean up the budget, and only take channels in-house when it is clearly better.

What sits under Digital Marketing here?

Two seats and the channel work under them: Fractional CMO for leadership, Managed Marketing for ongoing execution, plus Website Services, SEO / AEO / GEO, PPC, Print Procurement, and social. You can buy a seat, a channel, or both.

Who is a fit?

Growing Ohio firms that have outgrown DIY marketing or a pile of disconnected freelancers are the usual fit, often from a few dozen employees through mid-market. Home Services and professional firms show up often. When a brief calls for heavier national creative or network-level work, we coordinate the right vendors under the same lead so the campaign stays accountable from start to reporting.

Do you offer exclusive territories?

Certain territories may offer exclusivity for Fractional CMO and Managed Marketing so we are not also running demand for a like-kind competitor in that market. We confirm what we can commit to during scoping; it is not automatic.

Can marketing and IT work under one firm?

Yes. Same engagement model as our IT side: fractional leadership plus managed operations. The site, CRM handoff, and analytics stop being orphaned between “the agency” and “the MSP.” Start wherever the pain is louder.
