Questions we hear first

Is backup already part of Managed IT?

Yes for workloads in scope. Managed IT includes data backup and recovery for the environment we operate, with monitoring and a path to restore. Choose a dedicated backup and disaster-recovery engagement when you need a sharper recovery program, testing cadence, or platform redesign.

How do you explain RPO and RTO in plain language?

RPO is how much recent work you can afford to lose. RTO is how long systems can stay down before the business is in real trouble. We set those targets with you, then design backup frequency, retention, and restore paths to match. If the targets and the budget disagree, we say so early.

Do you backup Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes when those workloads are in scope. That is cloud backup for companies: mailbox, drive, and related data under a plan you can explain to an auditor or an insurer. Native recycle bins and version history help, but they are not a full recovery program. Wider cloud design sits under Cloud Services.

What happens after ransomware?

Containment and investigation sit with Cybersecurity & MSSP when that engagement is active. Clean restores, validation, and return to operations sit with the backup and recovery plan under Managed IT. We do not pretend a restore alone is an incident response.
